- Minimum 23 Years of Age
- Professional Appearance
- DOT Certified (Physical and Drug Test)
- Two Years of Verifiable OTR Experience
- Good Driving Record
- Satisfactory Completion of Interstate's Three-Day Orientation
- Satisfactory Completion of Company-Administered Road Test
- Thorough Background Check, Including Criminal and Credit Check
