- Minimum 21 Years of Age
- Professional Appearance
- DOT Certified (Physical and drug test)
- Two Years of Commercial Driving Experience
- Exemplary Driving Record
- Must Complete and Pass Interstate's 80-Hour Training Program
- Must Pass Company-Administered Road Test
- Thorough Background Check, Including Criminal Background Check
