All activities pertaining to the relocation are managed from one central location within our Springfield, Virginia headquarters office. Behind the scenes, our traffic and logistics departments will schedule the movement of your possessions in an orderly and planned manner.
Your Interstate team will be in contact with you continuously throughout your move:
 | On the day prior to the move, we will confirm that you are ready. |  |
| We'll be in touch on packing and loading days. |
| And because, our job isn't complete until you're satisfied, we'll also call soon after you finish up in your origin residence - just to be sure that everything is okay. |
| While your possessions are en route, we'll keep you updated on the transit times and will advise you of any other pertinent details. |
| Our communications will continue during the move-in process and at least once after the door-to-door move is complete. |
| Though we do not anticipate any damage, we will remain available to assist you should you need our support. |
