(Springfield, VA) Interstate Worldwide Relocation is pleased to announce that Addison Fair has joined the company as Recruiting Manager. In this new position, Fair will have direct responsibility for recruiting qualified candidates for Interstate's Operations Division with the immediate goal to assemble a pool of readied staff for apportionment at Interstate.

Recently retired from the military, Fair brings over 20 years of leadership experience and excels at communicating directives, developing program strategies and recruiting - attributes vital to the success of this position. As a Civil Affairs specialist, Fair is comfortable working in the community and speaking to young adults about various employment opportunities at Interstate.
Fair attributes much of his success to his experience in the military and comments, "The quote I constantly use with my older children and young adults I speak is 'Never judge a man by his accomplishments only judge him by how he overcomes his adversities.'
