Springfield, VA…Interstate Worldwide Relocation announced the winners of its 2001 Employee of the Year awards. Twelve Interstate team members received these awards based upon their outstanding performance, superior work and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty in their positions throughout 2001.
Chief Operating Officer Bud Morrissette remarked at the ceremony, "Last year was a good year for Interstate. We accomplished a great deal and received wonderful recognition for our efforts, including the 2001 National Capital Business Ethics Award and the Fairfax County Chamber's Blue Diamond Quality First Award. This type of recognition comes as a direct result of the contributions of each Interstate team member. Our award winners exemplify the team spirit and professionalism of our employees."
