Springfield , VA - Interstate Worldwide Relocation announced that Maryann Williams has been named Logistics Manager which covers equipment, electronics and computer system distribution, transportation and warehousing for an established 50 current customers worldwide.
Williams joined Interstate in 1986 and has more than 19 years of experience managing all aspects of move management for the military and General Services Administration relocation programs. Continuing her tenure, Williams moved into the International division and in 1996, successfully directed the first phase of the Move Management division serving local, GSA and Corporate Relocation.
Williams will report directly to Bud Morrissette, executive vice president and chief operating officer at Interstate Worldwide Relocation. He recently commented, “The logistics division is a fast-growing segment of our business – Maryann has the tenure to execute and maintain existing account requirements, and the experience to pursue new accounts.
