(Springfield, VA) Interstate local and long-distance drivers and packers will compete in Interstate's Truck Rodeo on Saturday, April 6 from 8 am - 3 pm. Contestants will compete in a variety of activities designed to test their skills - written test, vehicle inspection and an obstacle course, and will be judged by a panel of industry and safety experts, including representatives from Interstate's Safety Department, Fairfax County Police Department, Virginia State Police and Willis Insurance.
Prizes and trophies will go to the Interstate Top Gun, as well as the top performers from Interstate's Dulles, Landover and Springfield terminals. And to top the day off, Interstate will present its annual Safety Awards at the Rodeo. It promises to be a fun-filled, action-packed day for all. For more information, call Interstate's Safety Department at 703.569.2121, ext. 410.
